Is my Inspect Now link live?

Your Inspect Now link is live within minutes after booking and will begin capturing leads immediately. Once your property has been scanned, your virtual tour will be automatically added to the Inspect Now link.

How do I share my Inspect Now link?

Add your Inspect Now link to the first sentence of your listing copy, NOT in the virtual tour link space of your CRM, otherwise you won't be able to capture the leads of people viewing the tour.

What marketing assets do you provide?

You can download a suite of assets to help you promote your Inspect Now link, including:

How do I find my Inspect Now assets?

  • Log on to your Little Hinges Insights Portal
  • Click the down arrow next to ‘Floorplan/Assets’
  • Select the asset you would like to download.

How can I make the most of my Inspect Now virtual tour as part of my sales and marketing campaign?

There are several ways you can leverage your Inspect Now virtual tour as part of your marketing campaign to drive maximum exposure for your listing and generate more leads.

  • Include the Inspect Now link in the first line of your listing copy.
  • Include the floorplan with QR code in the gallery of your listing.
  • Add the QR code to all of your marketing materials such as signage and flyers so that viewers can be taken directly to your Inspect Now tour.
  • Add your Inspect Now link directly within your social media advertising.
  • Add your Inspect Now link to your website and use the Inspect Now button (remember to add the tour link as a hyperlink to the button viewers can be taken directly to the tour).
  • Add your Inspect Now link to your email marketing and use the Inspect Now button (remember to add the tour link as a hyperlink to the button viewers can be taken directly to the tour).

Why can’t I put the link to Inspect Now in the gallery of my listing?

If you’re wanting to capture, qualify and convert more leads, you need to put your Inspect Now link in the copy of your property listing.

Putting the link in the gallery will either result in a broken linkor will show the virtual tour without collecting the leads.

How do I add the leads from Inspect Now into my CRM?

All of the leads captured by Inspect Now can be viewed in your Little Hinges Insights Portal.

You can export your leads from Inspect Now and add them to your CRM by downloading a CSV file from the Insights Portal and uploading it to your CRM.

You’ll also be sent an email and an SMS every time a lead makes an offer on a property.

Why should I be directing all my leads through Inspect Now?

Inspect Now is your superpowered lead magnet. Share your Inspect Now link with any new leads that come through other channels (e.g. via email, listing portals etc.).

Use the virtual tour as part of your sales process before a physical inspection - capture the details of anyone who is interested in the property while also qualifying their intent to purchase.

Buyers can also see how many other people they are competing against, so are compelled to offer their best price from the get-go.

Why do I need to create a login?

Creating an InspectNow login gives us some basic details about you and where you are at in your property purchase journey. If you send an enquiry or make an offer on a property from InspectNow, your information will be sent through to the real estate agent managing the property.

What happens to my information when I log in?

Your information will be stored on Little Hinges’ secure servers and will be passed on to a real estate agent if you send an enquiry or make an offer on a property. The agent will use this information to contact you, and may also add you to their marketing database so you can be notified of future properties that may suit your property search criteria. Your information may also be shared with Little Hinges’ marketing partners to aid you in your property purchase journey.

How do I view a virtual tour?

• Copy and paste the virtual tour link from a property listing directly into your browser

• Search for a property on the InspectNow website

• Once you’ve found the tour you’re looking for, simply log on to view the tour. To move around the tour, use your mouse to click on the areas of the property you would like to see in more detail. You can also switch between views from within the tour. To see the dollhouse view (a birds-eye view of the whole property), click on ‘view dollhouse’ in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

• To see the floor plan, click on the ‘view floorplan’ in the bottom left hand corner of the screen.

• To use the measuring tool, click the ‘measurement mode’ button in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Click the + symbol
and use your mouse to draw along the area you would like to measure.Click ‘explore 3D space’ to return to the virtual tour view.

How do I make an offer on a property?

To make an offer on a property, click the blue ‘make an offer’ button in the bottom right hand corner of the tour.

• Follow the prompts and enter your best offer, and a notification will be sent to the real estate agent managing the property. Making an offer means agents know you’re seriously interested in the property and helps you stand out from others making regular enquiries. Once you’ve made an offer, the agent will be in contact with you directly.

What does an agent see when I make an offer?

You can send an offer to an agent on any property. When you make an offer, the agent will be sent an email and an SMS with your name, phone number, email and offer details. The agent will then contact you directly to discuss your offer.

Is my offer binding?

Offers you make through InspectNow aren’t binding, but are a great way to stand out from other potential buyers who are just enquiring about a property. Make sure it’s your best offer, so the agent can give you feedback on whether the property is within your price range, or potentially suggest other suitable properties.

What happens after I place an offer?

When you make an offer, the agent will be sent an email and an SMS with your name, phone number, email and offer details. The agent will then contact you directly to discuss your offer.

Can I see how many other people have viewed this property?

You can see how many other people are interested in a property from within the virtual tour. A counter is displayed in the bottom right hand corner showing the number of visitors overall, and the number who have viewed the property within the last 24 hours. This helps you to understand how popular a property is, and whether you need to make an offer in order to stand out from the crowd.

How does making an offer help me stand out?

The property market is very competitive and in order to stand out from the crowd, you need to show the real estate agent that you’re a serious buyer. Making an offer shows the agent that you’re ready to commit, helps them understand whether your best offer is in line with the market, and ensures your inquiry sits at the top of the list.
